In charge of Ecommerce Finance, handle all finance related case including payment refunding, invoicing, incentive calculation, settlement with supplier, payment risk dispute, etc.
- Payment Refund:Follow all abnormal refund request which can’t be processed by system;
- Invoicing:Communicate with invoice supplier and internal invoice cloud team to resolve all tech error which may result issue failure; Support all request from customer on updating invoice;
- Settlement: Responsible for monthly settlement and incentive calculation by month.
- Payment Risk Dispute: Base on instructions to reply dispute/chargeback on Payment Channel Portal.
- Internal Control: Complete seasonal/yearly internal control task under instruction.
Requisitos
- Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or other major related to the business.
- At least 1 years of past experience in consumer product channel or marketing, preferably familiar with online ecommerce
- Advanced level of English
- Capable of using MS Excel and familiar with formulas.
- High Advance Microsoft Office, Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and lead times management skills.
- Action-oriented and innovative approach.
- Understand and bring openness to different cultures.
- Ability to adapt, learn and have positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure is a must.
