Purpose:

• Manage all center activities under its responsibility in accordance with business, organizational
objectives, and client requirements, maintaining the flow of timely, consistent and reliable
information.

Funtions:

• Ensure compliance with each client's service agreements.
• Plan and supervise the weekly operations of the centers under its responsibility.
• Monitor compliance with good storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with indicator goals agreed with clients.
• Maintain a communication channel with the client, their supervisor, and internal departments
through the use of reports, meetings and indicators.
• Supervise inventory control of products, from the moment of receipt to final delivery to
customer, in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor daily operational meetings of its area.
• Set and evaluate the objectives of the personnel under its charge.
• Generate and send the required reports of the operation under its responsibility.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the submanager of the area.
• Keep your warehouse area clean and organized according to the 5's method.
• Provide a healthy and safe workplace for the personnel under your charge.
• Ensure the development of operations under your charge maintaining the lowest possible
costs.
• Maintain a good relationship with the internal departments involved in the operations under
your charge, ensuring the control and monitoring of their associated costs with the
Submanager of your area.
• Carry out internal audits under BASC V.6-2022 standards.
• Detect and report nonconformities to create and identify opportunities for improvements in
your area.

Requisitos

Academic Level:

  • Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers.

Technical Certifications:

  • BASC Internal Auditor V.6-2022

Experience:

  • 5 years handling similar functions

  • Personnel management and supervision
  • Organization and Planning abilities
  • Results oriented
  • Conduct inventory management systems (SAP, AS/400, WMS)
  • MS Office (Intermediate Excel)
  • Knowledge with storage and inventory processes
  • Knowledge in Distribution processes
  • Customer orientation abilities
