Assist in implementing the following HR affairs in the department:
1. Learning and development: Develop and execute organizational learning and development solutions.
2. Recruitment and allocation: Develop recruitment and allocation plans, attract, source, and hire internal/external talent.
3. Talent management: Learning and development, individual performance, C Q, appointment, people-job matching, talent development, talent pipeline building, etc
Requisitos
1. Professional knowledge and practical experience in the human resources field is preferred.
2. Quality requirements: integrity, sense of mission, and gray scale; Have passion for people, interpersonal understanding (sensitive to "people"); Communication ability, can mediate contradictions, not intensify contradictions; Be able to obtain information from multiple parties and keep secrets.
3. Language requirements: Chinese and English
