Operative tasks:

• Coordinate with internal departments for the correct development and execution of projects (Recruitment, Legal, Share Service, Payrolls, Project Unit and billing)
• Follow up on the control of POs and GR (good receipt) if required.
• Carry out the OC and SG of the projects. (netsuite)
• Make monthly visits to analyze and resolve queries and/or requests submitted by the client and the talents of the different projects, if required.
• Carry a control of positions assigned to the project for which Headcount works.
• Seek account growth through customer follow-ups.
• Prepare and send service proposals according to the needs of active clients when required and requested as support by sales or management.
• Prepare statistical reports and reports related to the activities of your specialty.
• Weekly upload the information of the visits made to the projects to the platform.

• Participate in compliance with the integrated management system.
• Participate in processes that affect or benefit the integrated management system.
• Comply with all other functions inherent to your position and that the employer indicates, whether in writing, orally or through any of the communication systems.

Requisitos

• Technologist and/or student in final semesters in Administrative, Human Resources, Psychology or related careers
• Basic knowledge of current labor legislation and HR issues
• Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge in artificial intelligence platforms
