Work as a Sales Administrative Representative (Insight sales)
Our client specializes in sales execution, merchandising, and marketing services for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies. Their core objective is to create and carry out store-level strategies. These strategies are designed to enhance brand awareness for their product portfolio and drive an increase in sales and product rotation.

Functions:
-
Sales Team Support: Assist with presentations, proposals, sales reporting, order processing, meeting coordination, and cross-functional communication, coordinate meetings, calls, and travel.

Order & Client Management: Accurately process customer orders, monitor their status, and serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and updates. Maintain accurate records and reporting, assist in order and client management, and contribute to delivering a high level of service to both customers and business partners.

Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems and sales databases, Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with finance, marketing, and logistics to ensure aligned sales activities, promotions, and product launches.

Administrative Excellence: Manage contracts, pricing documents, and customer files, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.Support promotional activities, product launches, or retail initiatives through
administrative coordination. -
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and support the implementation of new tools.

Financial Follow-up: Track and manage follow-ups with customers and clients on orders and payments.
Requisitos
Required skills and experience:

Experience: 5+ years in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role, ideally within a CPG, retail, or fast-paced sales environment.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual Proficiency Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and ERP/order management platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Strong data analytics and entry skills. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience Power BI, SAP, inSitu Sales
- U.S. visa- Availability to travel to the USA when it is needed (Must)
