We are seeking a Logistics and Administrative Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing administrative and logistical tasks for our Sales, Business, and Commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving. They will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, as well as managing the logistics of corporate events and meetings. They will also work closely with various departments to ensure the proper supply of supplies and materials.

We are looking for someone with inventory management skills who can ensure the correct availability of resources at all times. They must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Requisitos

Required skills and experience:

  • Background in logistics or inventory management, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and quality assurance.
  • Manage invoice payments status between company and clients.
  • Process all resolutions for invoice deductions.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and industry regulations related to food safety, storage, and transportation in US.(PLUS)
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, both English and Spanish. ( MUST )
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Power BI and other logistics and report management software.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems (TMS)
  • FIFO methodology (Plus)
  • US Visa (Plus)
