The CRM, Data & IT Systems Specialist is responsible for leading the development, management, and optimization of the company’s digital ecosystem including Zoho CRM, analytics platforms, and IT infrastructure.

This role bridges technology and business operations, ensuring that data, workflows, and customer interactions are seamlessly integrated, accurate, and actionable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM Management Development:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications (Analytics, Campaigns, Books, Forms, Flow, etc.).

  • Customize modules, automation, and workflows to align with sales, marketing, and operations processes.

  • Manage CRM user roles, permissions, and data access policies to ensure security and compliance.

  • Coordinate with Zoho developers or consultants to integrate new features and third-party applications.

  • Maintain data integrity, version updates, and system documentation.

Data Analytics Business Intelligence:

  • Collect, organize, and consolidate company data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and inventory).

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or other BI tools.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, promotional ROI, account performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, and data modeling to identify performance opportunities.

IT & Systems Support:

  • Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, and connectivity).

  • Manage user accounts, credentials, and IT asset inventory.

  • Coordinate integrations between CRM, ERP, accounting, and email systems.

  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT standards.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance productivity and reporting capabilities.

Process Integration & Optimization:

  • Design and optimize data flows and process automations between systems to improve efficiency and visibility.

  • Standardize data entry, validation, and reporting procedures across departments.

  • Lead system improvement projects and drive user adoption through documentation, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology solutions with business goals.

Training & User Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for CRM and data systems.

  • Support internal users with troubleshooting, best practices, and system updates.

  • Promote consistent CRM usage and data-driven culture across all departments.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM administration, data analytics, or IT systems management.

  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, automation, and workflow design.

  • Proficiency in CRM, Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.

  • Desirable experience in Zoho CRM

  • Experience with data integration, reporting, and dashboard development.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bilingual level of English proficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL, APIs, or scripting languages (Python, Power Query) for data automation.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and data governance best practices.

  • Background in CPG industry, retail, or distribution environments.

  • Experience managing multi-entity or multi-brand data structures.

  • Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile) preferred.

  • Zoho certifications or experience leading CRM implementation projects a plus
